1. Maintaining and monitoring of branch operations.
2. Checking of vouchers, Gl reports and other system generated reports.
3. Branch internal controls according to banking police.
4. Supervise all ATM matters.
5. Account opening, closing and amendment matters to implement KYC/AML polices.
6. Monitoring and control of cash.
7. Coordinate and ensure reconciliation of entries with other branches within specified time lines, in line with reconciliation department guidelines.
8. Preparation, analysis, maintenance of all MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly for compliance purpose and its submission to various departments (internal/external).
