• Manage and oversee repair and maintenance tasks, including overhauling and major repairs of industrial equipment.
• Direct and supervise day-to-day activities of assigned teams to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Offer technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex issues as they arise.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Maintain detailed log sheets and provide regular reports to management.
• Establish performance metrics for repair and maintenance operations to optimize resource utilization and minimize costs.
• Conduct on-site inspections, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Caterpillar (CAT) generators.
• Offer technical guidance to clients and address their intricate issues effectively.
• Drive business growth by adeptly managing client relationships to capitalize on opportunities for the companys expansion.
• Perform PD vehicle inspection before delivering the product to the customers.
• Perform inspection of accident vehicles, and prepare estimates for their maintenance.
• Manage, and deal with customers. Offer them technical advice for each product.
