Together with the Head of Marketing put together a strategy for social media communication.
Manage the day to day running of all Chestertons social media channels across GCC and show positive ROI by increasing engagement, likes, leads etc setting up ad campaign and target the ads to right audience.
Use social listening tools and Google alerts for selected keywords
Work closely with the Marketing team to generate leads for the Sales team through the use of various digital platforms including EDMs, SMS, etc Work on the website revamp, website advertising, SEO, Adwords strategy and Google Analytical reporting
Drive online traffic to Chestertons MENA websites
Work closely with sales and leasing teams on Propspace CRM system.
Manage strategic relationships with ATL/BTL suppliers.
Analyzing real estate/ competitors and planning the strategy for social and Digital media.
Setting up email campaign (Landing page and Newsletter design)
Explore Database management solutions
Writing/ sourcing creative and interesting content for digital and social media
Conceptualize innovative solutions to market new exclusive projects for all divisions; London, International, Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Saudi Arabia
Monitor effective KPI benchmarks of social media
Arrange proper tender to validate media buying items and cover the tender result with agreement and rate card in place.
Perform spend analysis to identify cost saving opportunities
