Coordinate and assist PCD kingdom-wide function in annual budget analysis and responsible for managing the savings report on a monthly basis.
Provide analysis to the Purchase orders, vendors evaluation, item categories, and budget preparation to ensure the accurate and current statistical and financial data is available at all times to support all PCD functions.
Fully responsible for maintaining PCD’s medical items list for kingdom-wide and the PCD reconciliation of expense account.
Follow up with the suppliers for the invoices, payments, due amounts, receipts..est.
Maintains and reviews the invoices to be in compliance with GAZT requirements.
