-Prepare and follow up on any sales quotation and contracts made for clients.
-Coordinate with in the departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to the client needs
-Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
-Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
-Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts for Microsoft Dynamics Solutions (NAV&CRM) and other Local Software.
-Negotiating for a cost best suited for all. .
-Work closely with the sales team
-Produce reports on progress.
-Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

-Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
-Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
-Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
-Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
-Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
-Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for reference purposes.

-Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
-Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
-Provide customers with product and service information.
-Complete call logs and reports.
-Research billing issues and misapplied payments.
-Provide on-the-job training for new employees.

-Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
-Present to customer the latest updated offers issued and prepared by the sales manager in order to increase sales in the showroom.
-Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail, telephone.
-Capable of explaining all the information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
-Implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.
