The Stabilization Response Mechanism (SRM) was a UK-funded development program operated in Syria.
As a delivery coordinator in the team,
• I was responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the project starting with the
• preparation of the work plans and ensuring their timely implementation.
• Supported SRM to develop a program strategy and working plans in collaboration with the donor, and SRM Management.
• Built solid relationships with key national implementing partners including the Provincial Councils and Local Councils. Coordinated all
tasks between ASI and implementing partners pertaining to the project activities.
• Directly supervised project staff in the field and provided effective leadership.
• Managed and monitored the project risks initially identified, submitted new risks to the program senior management, provided
• advice on mitigation strategies and updated the status of these risks by maintaining the project risks log.
• Developed and managed the project budgets, monitoring, recruitment and procurement plans as well as providing all the necessary
updates.
My role encompassed project management and maintenance supervision.
• Developed project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
• Controlled projects plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes
• Supervised, scheduled and developed procedures for all maintenance activities.
• Managing budgets and supervising engineering and technical staff
Served as a Site Manager in a Cement Silo Construction project for AL Khalij Cement Company (AKCC) in Qatar. My role encompassed project management and site supervision.

• Marinating project time schedule and developing risk mitigation plans
• Managing project team and subcontractor as well as overseeing procurement
• Handling client and consultant requested, also conducting inspections
• Assuring quality and HSE throughout the project
Was assigned as a Deputy Project Manager in an Ammonia Flare System project for Jordan Phosphate Mines Company.
• Supervised and oversaw the project’s progress, which included day-to-day activities such as; managing and coordinating construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Managing all procurement and implementing both the company’s and client’s HSE policy.
• Ensuring quality policy is implemented throughout project phases, as well as controlling budget and cost.
• Scheduling and planning activates in all phases throughout the project.
I took responsibility to develop and implement plans, schedules and budgets for high -tech shooting ranges construction projects.
• Prepared project time schedules, initial cost calculation and project management plans.
• Prepared financial and technical proposals as well as solutions for client inquiries.
I was assigned along with my team for the preparation of the company’s QA/QC manual and supervision of all amendments and revisions. In addition to, monitoring all quality related activities on company’s project s and internal audits for all departments.
• Responsible of acquiring the ISO certificate to the company’s HQ
• The control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation
• During my service I was selected by the company’s CEO to work in Oman for BAUER NIMR for preparing a project quality plan for BP Project.
The Disi water conveyance project was one of the largest in Jordan.
• Monitoring daily activities for compliance with quality plan.
• Follow up with all NCRs and insuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
• Supervising NDT done by third party and main contractor.
• Carrying out inspections in consultant and client presence.
I trained in ships service center in engine and hydraulic pumps repairing, technical preparation and calculations of projects and providing AutoCAD drawings along with general overview of company’s projects.
