Deyaar Property Management of 10, 000 units in Emirate of Dubai
• Deyaar Leasing portfolio includes Landlords like AWQAF (Ministry of Minority Affairs),
Tamweel, Dubai Islamic Bank, NBQ and Individual Owners
• To achieve and exceed monthly leasing targets of AED 75, 000 (Across all Deyaar Portfolio)
• 102 units of Retail Shops with total rental Revenue for AED 20, 000, 000.
o 700 units of Residential Towers across the emirate for Deyaar Own Assets
which includes projects like Midtown, Business Bay Projects (Burlington,
Fifty one Tower, Atria Residency Citadel Tower, Metropolis, Hamilton
Oakwood Residency IMPZ etc. )
• Managing to lease all available units (Residential, Commercial and Retail)
• Provide Periodic revenue report with recommendations
• Study, Review and recommend policies and procedures that will improve and
maximize occupancy, client retention and Overall Revenue
• Liaise with all local authorities and government entities (Dubai
o Municipality, RERA, DEWA, Civil Defense, Dubai
Courts, Rental Dispute Centre etc. )
• Prepare monthly management reports on analysis of the vacant units and market
rent Surveys if required
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements on behalf of the landlord and in
compliance with management manuals
Specific Contributions:
• Successfully achieved occupancy rate for managed portfolio above 95 % with
highest rental yield
• Coordinated execution of multiple high value properties & projects, upgrades
to enhance marketability and position of assets
• Constantly achieved and exceeded leasing targets for commission revenue
generation above AED 75, 000 and achieved AED 1 million Commission revenue
for the company during year 2020-2021.
• Successfully administered anchor tenant commercial deals (Eg:Choithrams
, Westzone Supermarkets, Costa Café (Emirates Leisure ), Pizza hut for new and
existing projects
Sales, Leasing and Property Management
• To meet and exceed sales target income for the company
• To specialize in premium areas like Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown and
Leasing/Property Management
• Manage the leasing, sales of all the residential, commercial properties, villas and warehouses of
Belhasa Group with Annual Rental Value of AED 67 Million.

coordinate new leasing and administer the required documentation for the same.
