Project Description: Clean Fuels Power Plant (Saudi Aramco Project)
Project Estimated Cost: 500 Million SAR Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all concrete related works, steel works and earth works.
• Supervising manpower and ensuring work program is as planned.
• Coordination with the Technical, Quality Control and Planning departments to ensure work is as
scheduled.
• Coordination with main contractor employee to solve all issues in the site.
• Provide a weekly look-ahead to the project’s main contractor.
• Submit a weekly progress report to the management.

Develop & launch new products as per the Sales & Marketing requirements with proper plan.
• Provide technical assistance & advice to site support & Sales Teams.
• Provide technical assistance as required by the Sales dept. regarding product demonstration at site.
• Solve technical queries on product specifications & applications.
• Advise on suitability of product or recommend a more suitable alternative.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Identifying and establishing new business and liaising with existing clients.
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations and providing pre-sales and after-sales support.
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions and reviewing cost and sales performance. .
ANTARA PROJECT (with Gulf Related Client)
Project Description: Complex housing units (250 villas and 180 apartments)
Project Estimated Cost: 800 M SAR
• Responsible for all concrete related works, steel works, earth works,
MEP works and Finishing (such as plastering, painting and tiling).
• Supervising manpower (including sub-contractors) and ensuring work program is as planned.
• Coordinates between all trades (structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Producing daily progress reports to the supervising construction manager.

Project Description: (King Abdullah Petroleum Science and Research Center) (KAPSARC)
Project Estimated Cost: 4.5 Billion SAR Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing all external infrastructure works regarding earthworks, road
Works, MEP works & utility installation as per Saudi Aramco specification & standards.
• Executing pipeline utilities including: high, medium & low voltage, storm and sanitary Gravity lines &
pressurized pipelines such as: chilled, irrigation, fire & drinking water Pipelines.
• Responsible for concrete structure such as culverts, storm water swales and associated Structures
(manholes, valve chamber and RMU transformers).
• Supervising manpower (including sub-contractors) and ensuring work program is as Planned.
• Handling the pre-commissioning prior to handover including performing tests for the Systems such as
hydro test for pressurized lines and Megger test for electrical lines.
• Coordinates between all trades (structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
