• Handling Used Engine Oil Vacuum Distillation Unit Re-Refineries (Base Oil) of 15MTPD & 50MTPD equipped with Wiped Film Evaporators (WFE) distillation and polishing techniques of Regenerative clay Lube Polishing System & Solvent Extraction Lube Polishing System (N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone) respectively.
• Prepare documents of daily production items, monthly consumption goods, refinery performance report, yield and recovery count report, shutdown reports and report on internal auditing for management.
• Planning the control of operations on replacement of regenerative clay and N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone solvent on required.
• Make entries in SAP of the everyday production and make sure all the physical stock matches the stock in system.
• Lead the team of 50 members of both the refineries.
• Produce and ensure the quality of Base Oil with grades K-150 & K-300 with 32cSt & 65cSt respectively.
• Ensure the quality of used oil received from the market for re-refining keeping the health of refinery in consideration.
• Work closely with Supervisors, operators and helpers to maintain healthy and appreciative work environment.
• Plans &Improvise the methods to get the maximum yield and less loss in the recovery of the refineries.
• Discuss & debate and consult the ideas of modifications and their consequences with supervisors, operators and helpers as well to uplift their spirit of work and knowledge over the operations.
• Work closely along the field employees during shutdown.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performances, quality of product. Implementing measures aiming to reduce the material cost, production cost etc.,

• Supervise the machine operators and maintenance staff to achieve the goals at their best.
• Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve working goals.
• Execute production operations in coordination with other functions; lead the team of 30 members of both production and maintenance departments.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipments to increase the efficiency of shop, department or work crew
• Make schedules for the production and assign equal work among the workers.
