National Power Transmission Network Development Project Phase I
Network Architecture: Responsible for Detailed Design Engineering of Telecom systems for 250 Km of 500 kV Transmission Line including all manned and unmanned facilities. The telecom network is designed to provide telecom services across all the Substation and NCC (National Control Centre) and connect all these sites together through a redundant fibre optic-based telecom network.
System Includes: SDH, LAN/ WAN Data Network, Fibre Optic Network
• Developed Concept, FEED & Detail Design Engineering of Telecommunication & Security Systems including CCTV, ACS, PAGA, Local Area Networks & Telephone Systems.
• Ability to prepare FO cable architecture drawings, conceptual layout, Transmission Systems specifications, block diagrams, data sheets and calculations.
• Prepare Telecommunication Systems quantities for cost and erection works estimates.
• Soft skilled demonstrated: Time management, Communication.
EPIC for Integrated Gas Supply to Mesaieed Consumers (IGSMC), Qatar Petroleum / Qatar Energy
Network Architecture- Responsible for Detailed Design Engineering of Telecom systems for 155 Km Natural Gas pipeline network including all manned & unmanned facilities.
• Responsible for Basis of Design document, Telecommunications Philosophy, Block Diagrams, Functional Specifications for Telecoms Equipment, Telecom Datasheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Review of Telecom drawings, Construction Scope of Work, Review of drawings from other Disciplines, FAT and SAT Participation, Field Engineering & Site assistance, Schedule & Cost Estimates, EPIC Scope of Work, Schedule, and Cost Estimates.
• Developed Concept, FEED and Detail Design Engineering of Telecommunication & Security Systems including CCTV, ACS, PAGA, Control Systems Networks, Local Area Networks and Telephone Systems.
• Ability to prepare FO cable architecture drawings, conceptual layout, Transmission Systems specifications, block diagrams, data sheets and calculations.
• Prepare Telecommunication Systems quantities for cost and erection works estimates.
• Soft skilled demonstrated: Problem solving, Decision making.
