Accountable for receiving the payment instructions from different branches for registering them and giving them for processing.
Managing the overall functioning of process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximise customer satisfaction level.
Receiving the enquiries from the branch and updating the branches regularly.
Process Operations
Encoding AED and FCCY payments. Processing the payments, covering the payments to their respective nostros and advising the cash management.
Passing the settlement entries, making the deals and passing the deal entries.
Functioning as an Authoriser for authorising & releasing:
AED / FCCY payments.
Central bank batches.
