to Branches and subsidiaries. Participate in meetings of Business planning Strategic policies
Contracts Tenders negotiation, analysis/evaluation of financial and non financial data of
companies
in well renowned multinational group of
companies dealing in shipping and chartering business having Head office in London with
an Annual turnover of Approx 200m $ Two hundred million US dollars.
Reported to the Group Financial Director. Responsible for finalisation & Consolidation of
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards and relevant statutory U.S GAAP & SOX.
