As a Managing Partner for India operations based out of Pune successfully setup the company in India including
the legal and administrative requirements to setup the firm and start operations. The center in India is backend
offshore services delivery hub catering to the customers in Middle East and North America.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and building operation from scratch as a startup.
• Create and manage partner network who can be used whenever resource pool is required
• Manage client relationship through sales, pre-sales and delivery phases
• Provide constructive and viable solutions to prospects
• Carryout workshops to showcase capabilities and service offerings
• Responsible for coordination with various r for all technical, commercial, administrative and financial
matters.
• Directly manages day to day activities of pre-sales staff and sales support activities
• Participate in managing and reporting the opportunity pipeline with presales team
• Drives the solution costing exercises and associated decision making
• Ensures key messaging is reflected in offers and supports differentiation from competition
• Develop a solution strategy in conjunction with the Domain/Business Units, Customer Account Teams and
Delivery teams. The strategy will include the agreement with all stakeholders the portfolio push and how
this can be implemented
Robotic & Smart Process Automation Practice (RPA, ITPA, APM, Scripting & Monitoring)
Responsibilities
•Establish a vision for the Automation Practice aligned with the strategy of the organization based on common and shared understanding of goals and objectives.
•Recruit, lead, motivate, develop and manage the performance of direct reports, building a high caliber team with the skills and capabilities needed to deliver the required results.
•Responsible for the strategic direction, execution and implementation of Automation Practice priorities across multiple customer experiences.
•Providing strategic inputs to the bid response - controlling the flow and approach.
•Provide leadership to project teams and colleagues at all levels of the organization engaged in automation transformation and process improvement. Ensure consistency of approach and quality across engagements and build capability both internal to the team as well as within the business.
•Guiding the technical architecture team with business perspective - in designing a winnable solution.
•Responsible to build automation solutions which could solve complex business problems which includes applications and infrastructure to drive process & business outcomes using the different tools and solutions of RPA, ITPA, APM, Chatbots & Virtual Assistants, Monitoring with Knowledge Management and Analytics along with artificial intelligence.
•Responsible of building and maintaining the automation service offering from the practice
•Responsible for building the CoE with technology stacks in partnership with vendors
•Responsible for getting various use cases developed which can be readily deployed with no or minimum changes at different customers.
•Responsible for delivery of automation tools services from practice perspective
•Liaise with the delivery teams & clients to identify automation opportunities and oversee initiatives
•Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal sales representatives and delivery heads to help them convey the automation offering and story in their proposals and clients.
•Lead client visits and show case technology capabilities and demos to the participants from the automation technology front
•Lead solution building, scoping, requirement gathering and analysis for automation opportunities
•Conduct business requirements analysis including research on market and competitive landscape
•Provide the executive support and governance to project teams

•Co-ordination with sales, internal teams and horizontals for team formation.
•Interaction with business finance teams and delivery teams for effort estimation and pricing.
•Work with Service Delivery team to execute the infrastructure service management projects.
•Responsible to build BSM Practice and drive practice maturity, primarily focused on BMC & HP product line.
•Interaction & maintaining relations with partners and vendors.
