responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize
business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. Involves implementing
and executing all sales action plans and will include key responsibilities such as:
Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels
of accounts managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client
servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity. Implement and execute all
sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set. Establish
parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group
business in connection with the properties. Promoting and producing sales leads for
BB within its respective areas. Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions,
including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone
and direct mail in its market areas. Established and maintain files of major
accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system.
Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up
selling opportunities whenever possible.
Responsible to achieve assigned targets within the segments/sectors assigned to
you through well thought business development efforts and consultative selling.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer
base and ensure its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching
and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong,
long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding
their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to
the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being
fully aware of new products and competition status. participate in all sales
activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for GCC Markets in
order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes:
promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for
the hotel. In charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within GCC
markets monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence attending travel
functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the
hotel. Report directly to the DOS who will provide coaching and support to enable
to achieve what driving for.
