Led a small maintenance team in planned and intervention maintenance of over 70 rotating equipment such as 2000 HP hoist, 1600 HP triplex pumps, 1200 KVA diesel generators, centrifugal pumps, industrial screw compressors, in addition to critical hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
• Prepared preventive maintenance plans for critical rotating machinery, and optimized execution around the oil rig operations schedule to improve efficiency.
• Daily inspection of all rig equipment for proper operation and detection of incipient failures to plan and schedule corrective actions according to operational circumstance and equipment condition.
• Troubleshoot and prompt repair of breakdowns and update job details on CMMS.
• Complete daily and weekly reports on maintenance activities.
• Installation, adjustment, and calibration of all rig mechanical systems during and after rigging up.

• Prepare scope of outsourced maintenance jobs, follow up and participate on mechanical completion and subsequent commissioning.

• Preventive maintenance: of all rig mechanical assets: power plant centrifugal pumps, triplex pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, gearboxes.
• Corrective maintenance: troubleshoot and repair minor to moderate breakdowns.
• Assist the senior rig mechanical engineer by scoping out major breakdowns and preparing needed tools, parts, lifting tools/equipment, schematics, and drawings to facilitate repair promptly.
• Complete reports of all PM/CM performed into CMMS.
• Track critical assets inventory, and order parts accordingly.
