Reviewing the tender / job in hand project enquiry, document and circulars received from the clients.
Preparing the project brief presentation including detailed built-up area, HVAC tonnage, firefighting and plumbing parameters.
Identifying and analyzing the scope of the MEP works, project durations, contract terms and project specifications.
Raising the request for information (RFI’S) to the client based on the tender documents and design reviews.
Identifying the works to be sub contracted and preparing the documents for sub- contracting works.
Preparing Brief Check list of the project considering all major requirement.
Conducting the detailed material quantity takeoffs based on latest revision of drawings issued by the clients.
Floating the request for quotation (RFQ’S) to the multiple suppliers or vendors to obtain competitive rates.
Follow up and negotiation with suppliers and vendors in order to receive rock bottom prices.
Carrying out the detailed technical and commercial quote analysis.
Prepare price analysis, comparison and proper databank updating.
Segregating and updating the material takeoff quantities in to the client BOQ formats.
Preparing the detailed equipment, material & labor costing complying with project specification.
Preparing the detailed project qualifications and exclusions.
Checking all the addenda and communication received from the client/Consultant.
Value engineering proposal if required.
Attend Pre-tender meeting and Site Visit.

Carrying out the detailed material takeoff (using Planswift) for ducting, chilled water system, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, fire suppression system, LPG / SNG system, fuel oil systems.
Raising the request for information (RFI’S) to the client based on the tender documents and design reviews.
Floating the request for quotation (RFQ’S) to the multiple suppliers or vendors to obtain competitive rates.
Negotiation with suppliers and vendors in order to receive rock bottom prices.
Maintaining and regularly updating suppliers and vendors master contact list of various equipment and products.
Carrying out the detailed technical and commercial quotation comparisons. Prepare price analysis, comparison and proper databank updating.
Segregating and updating the material takeoff quantities in to the client BOQ formats.
Checking all the addenda and communication received from the client/Consultant.
Preparing the detailed equipment, material & labor costing complying with project specification.
Time scheduling of the project and prepare monthly report for the project.
Quantity and cost estimation for the project. Interpreting HVAC, architectural structural drawing in paper and auto cad format and conveying relevant information to the work force. Review of mechanical drawing and supervise whether the work is being done according to it or not
Erection of work on site as per the drawing.
Co-ordinate and prepare the as built drawing if any correction are to be made on the site.
Inspection of the material coming from the suppliers into stores.
Co-ordinate with subcontractors.
Maintain good relationship with client and other companies to follow up on quality issues.
Work execution as per the specification and standard.
As a liaison between company and client.
On time commissioning of project successfully, handing over to the client, closing site, obtaining completion certificate and payment follow up
