KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations & Business Alliance/Partnership Relations Management:
• Indentify potential business partners from programs/projects undertaken by the organization, and establish strategic business alliances with them to capitalize on business synergies.
• Handle all official correspondence with partners, resolve queries, grow business partner relationships and establish a long term association that benefits both organizations; cultivate and grow business relations across private and government domains.
• Report to the Director of Government Communications; provide updates on projects, programs and business services provided across the country.
• Collaborate with the senior management to develop and implement effective strategies that will help in providing housing program benefits to a wide range of people.
• Partner with various departmental heads and key account holders to drive strategies and monitor outcomes, ensure that specific plans and events are implemented as per the organizational calendar.
• Monitor departmental processes and procedures, identify and carry out improvements that increase departmental efficiency; document and standardize procedures.
Corporate Communications & PR:
• Assist in developing corporate communications strategy, develop communications content; convey management directives across the organizational hierarchy.
• Professionally represent the organization at events and official functions; manage PR, issue press releases, and draft speeches for senior management.
Administration & Coordination:
• Identify departmental staffing requirements and assist the management in recruiting suitable candidates to important positions; help in selecting appropriate training programs after assessing training needs, and develop the training calendar.
• Monitor service level agreements and ensure terms and conditions enumerated therein are duly met by service providers.
• Plan and organize events, finalize event schedules, allocate budget, select venues, send invites, deploy adequate resources and ensure that events are a success.
• Oversee official correspondence within the department, organize meetings and records minutes, prepare and submit reports to top management as required.
