Main responsibilities:
•Managing CEO’s agenda, including all his appointments and other matters.
•Coordinate between, Chairman and Board Members, department heads, and executive staff, customers and suppliers when required.
•Managing meeting and schedules of the manager, attending meetings & keeping the minutes.
•Supervising follow staff like messenger, driver, office boy and cleaning staff & assign relevant duties to them when it’s necessary.
•Preparing all the arrangements related to annual Assembly Meeting as submitting for the Assembly General Meeting.
•Responsible for searching & studying new tenders related to company‘s field.
•Responsible towards petty cashes, maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.
•Issuing residencies, work permission through MOSAL System Online (Admin Work).
•Responsible for the out sources Contracts (Maintenance Contracts IT / HR).
•Responsible for all official Documents to establish new entity & Renewal of Official Documents.
•Coordinating with the Legal Law firm & following up cases related to the company.
•Preparing quotation, purchase orders & invoices.
