Cost Estimation, Project Cost reporting, Annual budgeting, etc.

1) Manage internal functional presentations to update the latest corporate requirements & expectations as well as prepare bench marks on cost estimation and technical data for supporting internal evaluation during proposal/bidding stage for estimates on new bids.
2) Provide assistance to Project Team concerning cost management requirements on scope change identification, ensuring change is captured into latest forecasts and updated based on latest variations with suppliers as well as customer.
3) Responsible for establishing functional process and procedure on review of various project reports prepared by cost leads on budgets, costs & forecasts on compliance to standards, procedures and manuals.
4) Initiate per project cost reporting requirements along with detailed back up workings, documentation and evidences for the direct interaction with internal and external audit agencies.
5) Generate and issue the periodic financial information on annual budgets, VOWD% for revenue recognition, cash flow, foreign currency requirements by establishing process in cooperation with Finance Department.
Accomplishments:
# Involved in mulitple projects ranging from USD 300m to circa USD 4, 000m. Clienteles: PDO, Shell, BG, BP, Saudi Aramco, KOC, KNPC, Sonatrach/JV, ADCO, Petro Canada, GASCO, Thaioil, BPCL, HPCL & Vedanta.
# Established detailed process and procedure on calculating value of work down (VOWD) from lowest level of the cost report to be used by Finance function as POC (percent of completion) for the purpose of monthly revenue recognition.
# Supported in presentation to top management on first set of cost & technical bench marks based on completed EPC projects.
