Manage all aspects of job requisitions including job postings, searching talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout by developing a deep understanding on business requirements.
•Worked closely with Tech and Non-tech teams on the development of strategies to attract a diverse pool of top level talent for executive and senior level leadership positions.
•Responsible for searching candidates from multiple sourcing avenues.
•Manage the offer release and negotiations along with on-boarding them as and when the candidates join
Additional Responsibilities.
•Manage HR activities with focus on Hiring, Payrolls, On-boarding, Operations and Exit formalities.
•Created and manage the employee database including administrative work.
•Maintaining accurate, updated, and compliant information on our candidate management system.
•Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report relating to Interviews, with number of interviews happened, offers made and candidates joined.
•Conducting Exit interview and managing Exit Formalities
