Involved in testing as a part of QA team, and worked in projects like “Chalhoub - Level Shoes“, “eXtra Electronics Saudi Arabia”, ”Mega Mart | Arvind Lifestyle - Arvind Brands” and “Logic Lab using UPK Developer”. Supported the accounts under Logic managed services. Have been mentoring Logic India associates in ReIM, SIM, ORPOS modules
Responsibilities:
•To gather the requirements from client and analyzing them.
•To discuss those requirements with team, document them and get sign off from client.
•To discuss the signed off documents with development team, and make them understand what client wants.
•To Prepare the test cases depending upon the base product and customization carried in Xstore.
•To do system integration testing once the development is completed (RMS Integration SIM integration, Payment Integration and RtLog Integration with ReSA )
•To prepare a list of bugs encountered during SIT or maintaining a testing tool (Mantis / HPQC) and reporting it to development team
•To help developer understand where the issue is by reproducing it through the cycle.
•Get the development done from the development team by following up with them, and doing multiple iteration of testing once the developer fixes the code.
•To help infra team to deploy a bug free build into the UAT environment and call client for testing the product.
•To help and train client (IT and Business) during UAT and make them understand and hands on about the system.
•To help in preparation of cutover and Go-Live.
•To provide Post Production (Post Go-Live) support

Roles and responsibilities:
• Explaining the ReIM module to Logic India Associates right from the basic concepts
• Make them understand the purpose of using the ReIM module
• Explaining the flows from RMS, SIM/WMS, ReIM and OFIN. (With practical examples)
• Enabling the participants to gain the ReIM batch knowledge
Responsibilities:
•To capture MegaMart’s inbound and outbound operations through Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System.
•Visiting warehouse and physically capturing the flow and how the business runs.
•To understand the merits and challenges faced by employees at the time of using the system at the warehouse.
•To understand Appointment and Receiving, Put-Away, Allocation Process, Wave Management, Picking Process, Reverse Picking Process, Shipping Process, Cycle Count and Inventory Adjustment, Reports an Lables.
•To give the report to Arvind’s IT and business team how better we can implement WMS and how feasible it will be for business usage.
