My main concentration is on customer websites and business intelligence solutions which includes the below tasks
* System analysis and design based on understanding the different business areas to gain insight into their current and future technology requirements.
* Support, training and implementation for systems.
* Quality assurance/software testing.

* Help in selecting appropriate tools and systems.
* Supervise the development of in-house or outsourced solutions.
* Heavily involved in enhancing the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for websites.
* Managing data warehouses, corresponding analysis databases and user interface (reports, pivots, recently SharePoint 2010 - Performance Point Services and in the near future Power Pivot through SharePoint 2010).
As a trainee in the IN-Division (Intelligence Network), my role was focused monitoring the calls in progress, creating reports to assess performance and test new features.
Excellent GPA (3.72 out of 4.00). Finished in 4 years instead of 5.
