• Assist to Head of Finance in budget preparation and forecasting financial trends.
• Preparing the Monthly report regarding Financial such as internal Management reports and Donor reports.

• Conduct financial analysis and generate financial reports to support decision making.

• Manage the Budget and Expenditure of Grants and donor funding.
• Optimizing the grant administration process.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring funds are used efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborating with other departments to develop financial plans and strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Participating in financial audits and preparing audit schedules.
• Provide support to the finance team and assist with ad-hoc financial projects.
• Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Other ad-hoc assigned by the Head of Finance
