• Participating in meetings with owners, operation and maintenance, design and construction teams to understand projects goals and schedule tasks and to ensure that work compliance with standards.
• Design and review shop drawings, start-up reports and checklist and provide technical guidance and training of systems.
• Implementing a testing and commissioning plan, Maintenance plans, method statements, T&C procedures, data sheets, testing criteria, T&C reports, and/or validate or invalidate T&C under NFPA.
• Perform loop testing, pump testing, pump lines & valves, devices checking, cause and effects and programming of FACP, Access control, CCTV, FM200, PAVA, CBS, Fire pump panels and EVAC panels.
• Attending warranty complaints, doing periodic maintenance of sites to make sure our system run smoothly.
• Attending civil defense authority inspections to test and check all systems with 3rd party interfaces and releasing certificates.
• Systems: Triga, Fahrenheit, Honeywell, Shield Omega, Trident, Neo, FM200, Macro, Fire finder Siemens, Nanoves PAVA, N1000 emergency exit lighting and central battery.

Monitor installation of new fire alarm, Access system, CCTV, BMS and firefighting systems, Electrical, dismantling of old systems and programming of panels as per NFPA and HSE standards.
Motoring of all site activities and reporting of non-compliance with proper guidance and solution.
Checking work permit, ensuring proper usage of PPE, Method of statement and execution of safe work.
Identification and monitoring of non-compliance through Audit, inspection and following up for progress.
Worked on STC maintenance project to maintain facilities and repair HVAC, generators, ups, rectifier and fire alarm fire fighting system for 22 sites.
Meeting with contractors, clients and installation team to make sure the work is going on as per schedule.

I have excellent troubleshooting skills to solve problem and trace fault within given period as I am expert in developing boards and have worked in electronics industry at chip level.

Final Year Project : Building Management System We developed an intelligent system to manage building appliances remotely using GSM , Wi-Fi , IR remote and Website. All the appliances are monitored and controlled by remote devices.
