01. Follow up employee lifecycle of Staff and Operational Categories and ensure timely completion of all probation confirmation, FTC renewals, and retirement of employees.

02. Monitor Leave and Attendance of Operational Staff (Monthly Waged) of the Companies and implement automated attendance capturing to all applicable locations.

03. Overlook the exit management process of the operational staff and the public day activities.

04. Ensure the HR operational compliance with the ISO standards and face audits with the Manager.
