ISYX is5 Years old very fast growing startup IT Solution provider with a great vision headquarter in UAE and offices across Middle East, India and UK. ISYX started its African operations in 2015. ISYX started its global delivery center in India by end of 2014. Joining this company given me a chance to see the growth of company with limited resources and people with great passion.
Joined ISYX as Practice Manager Enterprise Management division. Roles including delivery of Enterprise Management Projects, Project Management, people management, establish enterprise management practice, Implement the best practice and establish the process and procedures for the smooth operations of the organization. Involved in both pre and post-sales, project delivery and support cycle of each project.
Products handled by ISYX Enterprise Management team are HP Software suite of products, Nexthink, Microsoft SCOM/SSCM and Orsyp .Projects handled during my stint in ISYX are Majid Al Futtaim Properties, TECOM Group IT and many other government or semi-governmental organizations in Middle East.

Dubai World OVIS Migrations
Successfully migrated OVIS test to BSM Business process steps. More than 50 tests with variety of web and client server and Seibel applications.
Bright Point BSM POC
Completed BSM 9.X POC remotely. This POC has BPM, Diagnostics and integration with Sitescope and Operations Manager and Network Node Manager. The entire implementation was done remotely with 5 days deadline.
Dubai Chamber of commerce
Support and Maintenance of BSM 8.X and OVPI 5.X in Dubai Chamber of commerce. BSM modules supported were BPM, RUM and Diagnostics.
ADSIC ITSM Project -Abu Dhabi
Worked as project manager and SME for OVPI for duration of 18 months. Products installed are NNM, SM and OVPI. Implemented OVPI 5.4 with NNM integration . Received appreciation from Client for Project Management.
HP Software Upgrade Dubai Islamic Bank. Dubai
Implemented OVPI 5.41 with device resource, interfaces reporting, system resource reporting and database reporting. to VM ware instance.

Etisalat
Worked as a SME and implemented OVPI in a distributed architecture. OVPI 5.41 with one central server and one satellite server in high availability mode. Central Server was HP UX 2 node cluster and Satellite server with Linux cluster.
DU
Created custom report pack for CISCO call manager performance reporting. Data from log files were converted into csv files and using ee_collect these file are imported to OVPI and created aggregations and reports. Mashreq Bank OVPI Implementation
Implemented OVPI 5.4 with interface, device resource and system resource report packs. Created custom reports for Service manager SLA reporting using database integration feature of OVPI.

Open View Analyst & offshore Team Lead. Expertise is HP Open View Performance insight Report Pack Development, Support and Maintenance of Performance Insight Implementation, customization of OVO templates, multiple types of probe creation in OVIS. Worked on HP Tools like OVPI, OVO Unix/Windows, Service Desk, Service Navigator, NNM, OVIS and Non HP tools are Cisco Works, Juno Scope, Monitor Master (End-to-end Customer experience tool from Argo group) in the same project. Played a key role in integrating element managers with NOC for centralized monitoring (NetAct, IN). Developed performance reports VAS enviorment.Worked as UK on-site Tech Lead for almost one year.

Job responsibilities also include impact analysis, effort estimation, and weekly reporting etc. Completed end-to-end Cisco works implementation.

One Server with Sybase database and Application Server and other server as the Web Server. Approximate Devices Reported is about 550. Report Packs installed are Interface Reporting, Device Resources, Net flow, ATM Report Pack and RMON 2 Traffic Profiling

Saudi Telecom Company (E-Business Department)

Project Details
This project was a Proof of Concept done by HP for STC. Products installed are Open View Operations for Windows 7.21 with Reporter, Network Node Manager 7.5 and Open View Internet Services 5.20.
NNM was monitoring their Core switches, 2 routers and 7 Solaris Servers. OVOW monitoring 9 servers and sending alerts to corresponding technical team. OVIS was monitoring the availability of their Web Servers using a remote probe. Integration of OVOW and NNM where done and reporter was integrated with OVOW, NNM and OVIS

MOMRA (Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

OVOW Monitoring 5 Windows servers, 2Unix servers and OVPI monitoring approximately around 60 devices in phase 1.
