Job involves ensuring safe and secure departure of flight without violating any safety or security procedures. Directly interacting with passengers, Ensuring smooth operation of indigo in Trivandrum. Ensuring all pre and post flight work completed within stipulated time. Work in proactive manner and use initiative to resolve discrepancies and unforeseen problem using set guidelines.
- Basic AVSEC- Aviation Security ( BCAS)
- Practial knowledge of Galileo
- Practial Knowledge of computer application / MS office
- Basic customer service (IndiGo)
- Dangerous Goods Category 9 (For passenger handling )
- Departure Control System (Navitaire- IndiGo)
- Basic Ramp handling -IndiGo
