1) Presently employed with Bader Al Mulla & Bros Co as Assistant Inventory Controller from May 2013.
Jobs Undertaken: • Procurement of vehicle spare parts from major suppliers viz Northern Gulf Trading Co (Hyundai), Mohammed Saleh and Reza Yousuf Behbehani (GMC), Yusuf Ahmed Alghanim and Sons (Chevrolet), Mohammed Naser Al-Sayer and Sons (Toyota), Mulla Behbehani and Motors Co (Chrysler)
• Manage and maintain the company's material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks.
• Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
• Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
• Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
• Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
• Perform cyclic stock checks.
• Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
• Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
• Creating Material Transfer Vouchers (MTV) for required parts to other branches.
• Clearing credit sales invoices of parts for external counters and internal garages.
• Creating Local Purchase Orders of parts for various suppliers.
2) Worked with Reliable Integrated Security Solutions (RISS), Cochin India as CCTV Site Engineer from Dec 2011-Jan 2013.
