FUNCTIONAL AREA
•In a high paced environment with high responsibility to handling new site rollout/ with 2nd and 3rd level support to Bug fix for Retail & hospitality divisions as required. - with Entire UAE - ENOC\Eppco: Fueling station/ Zoom : Retails store/ Popeye’s & Pavooz Pizza : Hospitality divisions including HO integration.

•Handling around 400+ stores(Fueling/Retail/Hospitality) with HO retail systems. I’m holding the position of Automation Analyst with Entire new site rollout/Commissioning and delivering 2nd and 3rd level application support - troubleshooting with n number of applications part of new release and identifying bugs and reporting to concern team for the enhancements.
•Using SQL and TOAD for analysis and validation of the records as timely manner
•End to end UAS test cases analysis and reporting to inhouse development team and Vendor for the new release.
•Entire fueling Site System Application Centromat/Pumpomat-Turpack/TankOmat/TSS/DOMS/WGT/ADAMS
configuration, installation and rollout support with administration
•Pilot rollout for new releases and validating test cases and reporting to concern team as required.
•Automating rollout with the help of generated batch files for all the levels of integration and configuration.
•Support for Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP Modules + new site Integration +HO records validation and analysis.
•Providing Training for 1st level support team + sharing the Level-1 support document as per the SLA through ticket system
•Hands on Experience on installation/Configuring/ troubleshooting for NCR Aloha POS application which interfaces ISP inventory application for respective recipes for QS / TS environment + NCR Delivery management system (Delivery/Takeout/Frequent Buyer /SDM)
•Expertise with Apps - Turpak-PumpOmat/TankOmat/TSS /Dynamics /NCR RSM/ NCR ALOHA & Delivering enhancement options for existing applications.
•Supporting Entire Payment methods + handling configuration with our systems in HO and Site/store level - few payment methods Etislat/ DU/ BankCard/ EnocCard/ ApplePay/ SamsungPay/ DSG/Beam/EnocPay
