Extraction of Isometrics from GA Diagrams.
Preparation of detail drawing of piping for fabrication.
Generation of Zero level MTO’s.
Reading the P&IDs and making of line list, equipment list and component list moreover;
extracting the required details for pipe sizing, pressure class and selection of materials.
Excellent knowledge in piping elements, codes & standards, valves, flanges, gaskets, converting
orthographic pipe drawings to isometrics, hydro testing of pressure vessels, pressure vessel design
ideas, management of piping projects, plant layout, equipment & piping layout, quality assurance
& welding, weight analysis & pipe supports, pressure & leak testing, P&ID symbols, color coding,
steps for piping & isometric drawings.
Inspection of Materials & review of Material Test Certificates against the latest edition of applicable Codes & Standards.
Inspection of Fit up & Alignment of Boiler Drums, Tubes, Panel assembly & Inspection of Tube expansion.
Review of Welding Procedure Specification with reference to Qualified Procedure Qualification Record.
Involved in the Qualification of Welders.
Monitoring the calibration requirements of measuring instruments and update the summary as required.
Review of RT Films and witnessing DPT & review of NDT reports.
Preparation of final QA/QC dossier inclusive of signed ITP, Material Traceability Records, Weld Inspection Records, NDT reports & Testing Records.
Co-ordinate with ITP & Authorized Inspection for inspection activities.
