Verifying invoices (domestic and international supplier) with Purchase order
Passing the bill for the payment with Quotation, Purchase order, Delivery Note and Invoices abiding by the Terms and Conditions of the Payment.
Corresponding with the vendors for reconciliation and payment matters.
Bank, supplier and client reconciliation on a monthly basis
Preparing daily cash report
Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
Liaising with store, Logistics and Administration for cross checking of the invoices related to respective departments.
Preparing monthly payment and reporting to Finance manager.
Responsible to handle the Swift fund transfer of payment.
Supervision of monthly payments like Telephone, Petrol (Emarat), Electricity (Dewa) etc.
Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are processed on timely manner and are up to date.
Posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
Ensure that the payment objectives and the deduction of discount amounts are observed.
Maintaining of accurate credit terms with the creditors as per the company policy
Accounting and control of petty cash vouchers and booking in Peachtree
Payment of daily expense claim sheets of various departments.
Preparing sales invoices, pro forma invoices, statement of accounts to clients, and follow up for payments.
Orderly and complete monthly and annual archiving of the vouchers from the areas.
