Develop new business opportunities with individual accounts within the territory; support CRs in growing accounts, by selling new distribution and programs. Manage the development of specific regional accounts within the territory, coaching, training the territory team.

• Participate in problem solving meetings.
• Manage the performance of the team, ensure proper guidance Coaching and development.
• Coordinate the work closely with the direct reports.
• Develop strategies to motivate and to retain the sales team.
• Supervise, motivate and monitor the Team performance.
• Develop and keep up-dated an account plan to the Pepsi-Cola standard for all accounts
• Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & identify high performers
• Establish & negotiates CDAs within company's policies & budget.
• Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate.
• Support the on-boarding of new resources in the function.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers).
• Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities
Handling KATS (Super Markets) outlets in Bangalore.
Handling Distributors with the turnover of 2.cr/Month
Responsible for channel primary and secondary sales.
Ensuring and growing category share in present categories.
Ensuring effective execution of new launches as per timelines.
Ensuring the complete assortment range availability.
Execution of visibility elements and templates through third party merchandising.
Setting growth targets sales men wise and outlet wise.
Handling a team of 30 distributor sales representatives for the channel.
Handling commercial issues and settling the same on a priority basis.
Handling 02 Distributors with the turnover of 1.1cr/Month
•Handling General Trade and Reporting to Sales Officer.
•Responsible for primary as well as secondary sales for the assigned territory by ensuring effective coverage through strong distribution network.
•Driving targeted distribution width and depth for key sku’s to increase penetration.
•Managing a team of 08 members, motivating them to drive secondary and key packs distribution width & depth for the month and also tracking and improving the ECO & line selling of each RSA.
•Review and analyse profitability of channel partner on a quarterly basis and develop JBP’s (Joint Business Plan) for improving the same.
•Planning and execution of POS activations for KAT outlets, tracking and ensuring the deliverables in these outlets on a monthly basis.
•Training and development of RSA’s on-going basis regarding sales call process.
•Active involvement in designing the trade loads/schemes for special drives.
•Motivated RSA’s to prospect and add new outlets and increase the numeric distribution of the company.
•Increased the outlet base from 1230 to 1700 and more in a span of 10 months.
To ensure re- ordering on time by co-ordination with the category team of Nilgiris, In& Out, Food Palace, MK Ahmed Super Market, Benson Super Market and other Super Markets.
•Handling Key Account Stores like FOOD BAZAAR, HYPER CITY, MAX HYPER MARKET and TOTAL MALL.
•Responsible for execution of marketing and brand activation in the respective area for attracting new customers and generate sales volume in point of sales.
•Monitor fill rates of the accounts handled and rectify the issues if any and maintain appropriate master list.

•Monitoring competition activities and also to ensure category wise growth.
•Co-ordinating with commercial team and ensuring timely account reconciliation.
•Responsible for sales performance of accounts handled by ensuring visibility and availability of product in these stores.
