• Business Development - Led a team of consultants and SMEs selling innovative products from Accenture Technology Labs to Accenture engagements/projects across the globe.
o Exceeded targets and achieved 24M US$ Bottom line savings and 10M US$ Top Line impact in FY15.
• Open Innovation - Spot emerging trends, incubate and accelerate the market introduction of novel digital services by co-creating with start-ups, internal business units and clients.
• Client Engagement - Positioned the products and innovations from Accenture Technology Labs as key differentiators during Sales, Delivery visits and client orals. Collaborated with the research and technical team to deliver a set of complex and/or integrated demonstrations or more complex proofs-of-concept.
• Marketing initiatives - Worked proactively on Market definition, Distribution Strategy, Business Plan, Product Strategy, Positioning, Partnerships, Usage Scenarios, Campaign plan, Customer acquisition and retention, Lead generation, Pipeline, Referrals and references, Collaterals, Channel training and Event Management
• Product Development - Collaborated effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization to support product development initiatives, meeting with end users, meeting with clients, Delivery Leads and Project Managers to influence the product’s future direction and value.
o Worked with the research team in piloting early prototypes by identifying pilot opportunities, “selling” the idea and serve as a liaison between the research team and the piloting client team.
o Worked on measuring the benefits from the pilots and articulating the value of the product effectively.
o Worked closely with the research as well as the development teams to collate feedback from end-users to enhance the features/functionality of the assets.
o Deployed innovative products for Java, Oracle, SAP, Requirements, Testing, Pega and SalesForce work.
• Sales and marketing tools - Created collaterals, presentations, videos, brochures, scripts to communicate the value proposition of the products.
