I am responsible for developing business relationships across the energy/utilities clients in the middle east. i travel often to UAE and KSA as a part of my business development efforts
Responsible for development of and managing relationships in Middle East and North Africa to aggressively penetrate and propose consulting/research solutions that help client grow their business, increase market shares and become increasingly competitive in the markets they operate in.
I handle the Energy, Oil and Gas, Renewables portfolio of clients. My primary task is to generate leads, understand the client business and promote aggressively Frost and Sullivan solutions, write proposals, approach and ensure successful closures.
•Manage Vodafone customer and Business Accounts and contracts
•Identify customer needs and provide solution for their communication needs
•Resolve customer issues by taking full ownership of customer needs
•Constantly acquire and upgrade knowledge of Vodafone services and its competitors services
•Report to sales management from time to time on the sales made and feedback on Vodafone services
•Map client accounts in assigned region, develop an understanding of their media requirements and advising clients on advertising solutions on Television.
•Manage and grow existing accounts and hunt for new businesses in the assigned region
•Directly involved in commercial decisions, negotiations and closures that impact revenues from key clients
•Maintain sustainable relationships with clients and their media agencies, viz OMD, Mindshare, Media com, Starcom, MEC, MPG, Zenith Optimedia etc
•Develop an understanding of clients’ business, educate clients and media agencies alike on Radio advertising and build a convincing proposition to advertise on Radio Mirchi.
•Research Internet sites, Print media, TV channels to explore creative ideas for the client
•Identify clients’ media requirements and develop revenue opportunities for Radio Mirchi
•Maintain close contacts with the client and ensure campaign runs as per schedule.
•Resolve any problems to satisfaction of the client
•Created and developed promotional material, presentations, leaflets, banners, posters and brochures for a wide array of company products
•Coordinated with the designated PR agency to issue press releases from time to time and prepare detailed QA for same
•Managed All India Marketing Helpline and kept a track of customer call ins
