The Accountabilities & Attainments
•Study of GA drawing (Plan drawing) Isometric & P&ID Drawing.
•Design, Supply, Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of pipe, Study of material specification. ASME code & Prepare B.O.M
JOB Responsibilities
•Looking overall execution of AG/UG piping works.
•Physical inspection as per piping GA, P&ID, loop identification of above ground & hydro Testing of loop.
•Planning periodic programme and ensure the work is in accordance with in the schedule
•Check the daily progress of the work carried based on the schedule
•Responsible for material allocation, Releasing of spool drawings to Fabrication shop and material reconciliation.
•Stage wise inspection Like Material Identification, Fit up, Final Dimension, LHS Review, Erection Fit up, Loop clearance, Box-up & Insulation of Piping
•Co-ordination with Site, and Client regarding site activities
•Prepare B.O.M as per planning of work
•Mechanical Clearance of the Piping system (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, GI) by referring the engineering documents like GA drawings & Isometrics
•Review and checking of isometrics with General Arrangement drawings and Loop identification for Hydro/Pneumatic Pressure tests of piping Loops
•Provide piping input to process piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) including piping classes, valve types, piping isometrics, Support details
The Accountabilities & Attainments
•Preparing and reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general codes.(ARAMCO standards)
•Preparing and reviewing valves datasheets, vendor technical specifications and bidders ’quotations.
•Provide piping technical input to P&IDs including piping classes, valve types and special items.
•Construction supervision on site activates for petrochemical and gas plants including: Providing redesign solutions for the field Problems or changes (clashing mismatching lack of material item)
•Ensuring implementation and adherence to project specifications and procedures.
•Responsibility for monitoring piping construction and fabrication activities insuring quality and taking necessary actions to maintain satisfactory standards.
•Preparing work packages with all design documentations and method statement for work permits approval
•Producing documentations required for field testing.
•Reviewing all site work and prepare the punch list for the construction contractor
Well-equipped in 2D & 3D Drawings.
•Involved in CFBC Test facility modification and maintenance work.
•Involved in Production of manufacturing drawings such as Seal pot, Cyclone, General arrangement drawing CFBC & Boilers.
•Involved in cold scale down model of 125 & 250 MW CFBC Boiler Design, Drafting and fabrication
•Involved in Research and Development activities such as Testing of various coal analysis, preparation of Project Initiation Report (PIR), Project Completion Report (PCR), and Technical Report (TR).
•Involved in arrangement of Review Meeting and Technical Committee Meeting (TCM), every month
