- Issue/renewal of Certificates of Airworthiness;
- Approval of aircraft maintenance organizations;
- Establishing, documenting, developing and managing the Quality System and ensuring that it continues to comply with regulatory requirements and meet Company needs;
- Ensure that all quality related policies and procedures detailed in the Operations, Quality and Company Expositions are adhered to;
- Monitor compliance with and adequacy of procedures to ensure airworthy aircraft at all times via an audit programme and that all maintenance is performed in accordance with Approved data;
- Monitor all contracted maintenance for compliance with contract conditions relevant to airworthiness and that contracted organizations have the relevant Part 145 Approvals and facilities;
- Monitor the aircraft weighing programme for compliance with EASA requirements. (4 year weighing program);
- Approve Minimum Equipment List;
- Grant Approval to Key Poses;
- Ensure the organization holds all appropriate technical publications, specifications and drawings and that they are amended as required;
- Approved Company Exposition / Quality Manual;
- Ensure that all staff who carry out Quality Inspections and Quality audits are adequately trained;
- Certification and Licensing of personnel;
Also Maintaining regular Safety Oversight of all of the Airworthiness aspects of Aviation in Sudan, which includes Air Transport Operators, Approved Maintenance Organizations and oversight of any other Person or Organization involved in the Design / Production / Modification / Repair / Maintenance of Aircraft and Training aspects of Personnel engaged in Civil Aviation, ensure that all Aircraft Technical Records are maintained correctly and that the Aircraft is current with all maintenance requirements and is fit to fly
and I occupied several positions in this period, most recently, in the position of Section Head of the continuous Airworthiness. Sir, I had received a lot of training so I was well prepared to implement Annex 19 in all Sudanese Air Operations Companies which made me gain a very high experience from that, I contributed with my Colleagues to establishing the Law and Regulation for Safety and how to manage it .
Before three Years we enforced Annex 19 to all Sudanese Companies and we supervised and directed them to establish their Safety Departments and we had taken the responsibility to follow their implementation of the Safety Regulation & Requirement in the proper way.
Also I have got excellent experience of auditing the Companies for their Safety system to ensure the best implementation of safety and quality Regulations & Requirement, and also I have got high experience on reviewing and Approved their required Documents. Sir, I also inform you that I have now completed the EASA Course on B737NG & CL and passed all the exams, I also completed the practical and logbooks and now in the processing for obtaining the certificate, and also I completed the EASA course for Quality Audit and Quality System in Aviation from 01/02 to 04/02 in UAE.
