1. Being in charge of the monthly payroll for local hires and submit the monthly pension for Qatari employees.
2.Coordinate general office duties for HR and Administration, such as scheduling meetings, preparation of correspondence, ad-hoc reports, expense reports, travel arrangements, file management, ordering catering and office supplies.
3.Coordinate arrival and departure arrangements for inbound/outbound employees (local and expats), such as but not limited to: Al Maha service, car rental, destination services provider, car & driver reservations, hotel booking, schools appointments, etc.
