Performed an analysis of the project upon the initiation phase
v Assigned the subtasks to the developers
v Involved in coding and testing the functionality of server side and at the client side
v To met stakeholders for each service and discuss functional requirements of the project
v Accountable for writing BRD (business requirement document) including the BPMN diagrams for workflow
system and UML Use case diagram, workflow diagram
v Made the necessary coordination between developers with in the application team
v Performed penetration testing to make sure that all applications are secure against any threat
v Acquired an appreciation letter from HR Payroll services.

On 27th of October I joined King Saud bin AbdulAziz University for
Health Science in Jeddah. Briefly, main role is to build an application for
specific task within the organization. Starting with deep analysis of the
problem and finding key possible solutions. Meeting with a customer in order
to get full understanding of the problem.

Communicate with other colleagues in the team to get different point
of view about the problem. Finish the assigned task with in the time
constraints. Looking for any available software solutions that could add
improvements and efficiency in work environment with in the team and full
organization.
During my work there I have done two projects

IT specialist for the Western Region in Saudi Ready mix concrete
Company. Basic role was as a technical support. I was a team member in many projects for example, Upgrade to windows8 system and upgrade network infrastructure. Network support for all factories in the region including installing new network for new plants. Track assigned tickets and solving it. During my work there I experience different type of customer which enriches my management skills.

I joint MKCL Arabia which is a company for electronic learning solution. The first job role was to Prepare and teach first year student essentials or basics in IT principals. An Introduction to computer software, hardware and Microsoft Office 2010 Word processing, Spread sheet and Presentation Graphics.

Second was a Technical Support role for English exam which includes
installing required programs, detecting errors including error expectation
and monitoring during the English exam. Installing new Labs and do monthly status report about each pc including software and hardware status.
