• Responsible for having a thorough understanding of all requirements related to the RFQ/RFP documents.
• Serves as the primary point of contact to all team members (internal and external) for questions related to RFP requirements.
• Performs detailed analysis of RFP documents to assess requirements and prepares questions for clarifications sent to the client.
• Coordinate & establish roles, responsibilities and timelines with teams involved in the bid process, including technical, sales, finance, legal, delivery and other relevant departments.
• Provides guidance to the proposal team writers in preparing the technical components of the proposal by reviewing initial section outlines to ensure that all RFP requirements are incorporated including technical solutions, pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Establishes a production schedule and resource plan to ensure all required proposal documents are produced properly and delivered on time.
• Identify potential risks associated with the bid and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Works closely with contracts team to ensure all financial and legal requirements and proposal forms have been addressed and executed per RFQ/RFP requirements.
• Work with the Presales team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
• Developing and coordinating win strategies with appropriate department managers.
• Researching and selecting alternatives approach and evaluating vendors' products to obtain quotations with the best equipment/software/services.
• Generating sales activity, pipeline, and sales forecasting reports as required by the General Manager.
• Tracking and maintaining all proposal data such as templates, project history, insurance certificates, personnel profiles, resumes, reference list received from the concerned team.
• Managing and tracking all activities in SAP (Ariba) and other client’s procurement portal to monitor RFP invitations, tender clarifications and other tender/procurement activities.
• Maintaining and administering company’s registrations and pre-qualifications.
