Recruited by the Board of Directors to act as the needed change leader to take all administrative and financial steps necessary to enable the company to resume and regain its role as a full fledge cooperative insurance company in the Saudi market, applying best management practices and in full compliance with the industry's related regulatory requirements.
Appointed as CEO of the new entity that will arise from merger of Amana Cooperative Insurance and Enaya Cooperative Insurance. Overseeing the activities of internal and external teams involved in the complete process of the merger, namely: strategy, criteria setting, target identification, project planning, valuation discussions and negotiations, financial and legal due diligence, contractual guidelines, regulatory approvals, financing and implementation.

Provided executive leadership that ensured the successful completion of the Rights Issue file.
Defined and implemented the comprehensive framework of the after-sale service, namely: providers relationship, patient administration services, claims management and audit and actuarial support to the
strategic partner (Munich Re).
Managed to attract a mega account (RTCC) that opened the door for the company’s strategic operations
with providers.
Oversaw kingdom-wide Takaful Sales Operations.
Developed Insurance Sales Strategy and its implementation.
Built a strong relationship with insurance companies, such as Tawuniya, Medgulf, Trade Union, etc.
Developed a healthy product pipeline, focusing on best utilization of the bank’s synergies and distribution
relationship.
Established the NCB Insurance Agency (a LLC wholly owned by NCB) as part of SAMA score card and
Winning the Best Takaful Distributor Award worldwide in 2008 amongst FWU group in Germany by exceeding the sales target of 8, 000 policies to 11, 000 policies
Assigned by the banks’ CEO to act as a focal point to all NCB’s divisions to provide bundled and captive business needs using local insurance providers.
Appointed as Chairman of the Takaful Joint Product Committee to ensure healthy product development utilizing the banks’ synergies and distribution relationships.
Headed the operations Bancassurance task force with Al Ahli Takaful, and was in charge ofproduct development, delivery model to banks branches, sales management control, etc.
Designed and implemented worldwide standard policy procedure, workflow and operationalManual.
Created several internal/external SLAs to ensure smooth process adoption.
Promoted from the post of team member in 1998 to Electronic Banking Manager.
Executed product delivery initiatives that complement corporate strategic directives.
Implemented the full functioning Internet Banking services.
Helped build and innovate the NCB PC Banking service with an international company in UK.
Created the Bank CRM system and helped in the implementation of WAP technology andlaunching of
the SMS services.
