working as Project coordinator for MESA region for Healthcare and QHSE department
working closely on ISO processes, SOPs, policies & Forms.
Research on various projects and sustainability
for calendar management, interaction with both internal & external executives & consultants to coordinate a variety of executive meetings.
•Prior to meetings prepare the meeting agenda & research work
•Attend Executive Committee Meetings & also circulate the minutes of the meeting
•MIS Reporting / Dashboard / Presentations
•The primary responsibilities to prepare reports and presentations. Assist in making Business Presentations
•Provide general administrative support
•New initiative: Gather information entity wise / business wise for Business newsletter from CEO’s desk i.e. Scentiments, Updation of Kelkar Group Website and the capability presentation of Kelkar Group
reporting for Wholesale Channel from Cognos System & Key Accounts from JNJ Portal software
•Reporting on Offtake & retailing data
•Report management for All India Key Accounts i.e. Accountswise / ABIwise/ Key Account Manager wise
•Manage Advertising & Promotions package for Trade & Key Accounts
•Management of budgets and spends for Key Accounts and Wholesale Channel
•Handling expenses of Key Account vendors
•Keeping track of Marketing & Sales spends
•Correspondence with vendors
•GXRS expense reports for all executive
•Sales administration, Office administration & secretarial support
formalities for all IT resources working for Global Development Centre.
•Create & update CDIR Profiles in the systems
•Maintenance of Timesheets for all resources working on T&M basis
•Update KPI Report
•Create Purchase Orders for admin and projects handled at Mumbai & Pune
•Keep a track of capexes / POs
•Expense Vouchers for GDC expenses& Petty Cash
•MIS reporting / Presentations
•General office administration & secretarial work
and Dealer Service- Handling customer complaints, Self-correspondence with Customers & also responsible for all correspondence with Dealers for the Western region.
•Maintain claim Register i.e. record of all claims submitted by Field Force, updating of credit notes against the claims, follow up of claims
•Retailing & invoicing data management
•Active participation in organizing Conferences, Meetings, Product Launches,
•Handling Sahyog Project (Call Centre for Distributors) - Handling Distributor/Customer complaints and follow up with respective internal customers to meet their needs/requirements.
