The group is under expiation and enlargement with short- and long-term planning and business transforming to be from the top players of the medical labs business. Holding another home health care business within the same group. Maintaining the whole financial advisory to the whole group .

Hired as Finance & Accounting Director for Fakeeh Group, with all responsibilities and duets of the position to follow up the daily operations in accounting.

We had the transformation to IFRS within 2018 for the whole group.
We have multi -Departments under finance dept. GL, AP, AR, P.P &E, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Treasury Management, patient Billing plus handling the financials of the sisters’ companies within the team tasks.

- Taking care of billing system developing and implementing, and users training. Improving Accounts receivables and patient billing reporting. Improved insured patient and cash patient process based on the treatment eligibility.
