As a Personnel specialists I perform complex administrative and clerical tasks to support an organization's recruitment and hiring of employees. I assist human resources managers with organizational development, employee records management, payroll processing and employee relations.
My responsible was for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
Worked as Government Relations Representative is to do, issues renew, modify and follow-up all government related transaction, to represent company and employees in government offices in accordance with Government rules and regulations.
