STS is one of the biggest IT companies in Jordan, Working at STS offered me the opportunity to diverse my knowledge and enabled me to build another set of experience level. Due to my previous great experience in software development and operational life cycle, I was elected to a Senior Project Manager position to handle one of the most promising software/hardware products in the region handling the Customer Visit Management (CVM). In this role, I had to balance between the customer expectation and the software capabilities, without affecting the main purpose of the system that is enhancing the user experience and increase the customer satisfaction level. The CVM solutions also opened a new chapter in my experience, which is working with hardware parts as well as software parts.

Summary :
STS is one of the biggest IT companies in Jordan, in STS I have changed my perspective; I have switched to the operational side of the business rather than keep walking in the development track. I had the chance to work side by side with the market needs by collecting SLRs and forming SLAs that covers the software services provided by STS. I have also made huge inputs to the incident management system and introduced the request fulfillment concept to the software operation team. During that, I have conducted several training sessions to the team and to the senior management about the importance of the ITIL concepts in running an IT service company. I have also leaded several technical cross-training sessions among the team in-order to reduce the handover efforts. In STS, I had the chance to work on enterprise solutions on the latest state-of-art technologies such as eServices and SOA architectures. Besides that, I was the project manager for some of the operations projects such as migration projects and infrastructure upgrade projects.

Summary :
EBLA was a FileNET specialized company, I’ve started my career in EBLA as a senior developer, and I’ve walked up the ladder step-by-step to be the Head of Development group in UAE region, and I’ve played deferent roles in EBLA such as a technical team leader, a business analyst, solution architect, and a project manager. During my journey in EBLA I was introduced to the BPM concepts using eProcess, besides that, I’ve started to work with one of the big leaders in software technologies such as IBM.

Summary :
Ideal solution was my next step toward programming, it was a purely Oracle Database programing using Forms Developer 6.0 and Forms Reports, and I’ve also had the chance to work as an Oracle DBA for quite some time, besides that, I’ve learned GIS concepts. In Ideal Solution I was introduced for the first time to work on the Government Sector type of projects.

Summary :
Software Horizons was my first true steps to the programming field, I’ve enjoyed learning some advanced programming techniques such as OOP and OCX concepts, and I’ve also started to work in the web development technologies using VB-Script, Java-Script and classic ASP. Then I was introduces to some good Quality techniques such as black-box testing and white-box testing. Software Horizons gave me the chance to explore international standards and globe shared knowledge.

Summary :
ITEC was my first working experience, during my journey in ITEC I’ve started as a system engineer for imaging technologies hardware such as optical drives and jukeboxes, I’ve also introduced to the imaging and archiving concepts such as COLD systems and scanning software techniques, therefore, I had to practice programing languages such as classic VB, Delphi and C++ Builder.
