HIGHLIGHTS / ACHIEVEMENTS
• Handled and Sorted expense invoices with or
without VAT Charges and filed them in a proper way which save the monthly closing time from 10 days to 05 days only.
• Designed a new sale cash deposit reporting format for 17 super markets to report their daily deposit details, which helped me to save 2 hours a day, and 60 hours a month to focus on the other works.
• Successfully completed the company two new projects and prepared all the reports of expense, supplier invoices and capitalize the projects in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervised accounts payable, travel & entertainment expenses and do the monthly analysis to find out the variance in them on monthly basis and present the report to Finance manager. Prepared all financial reports, budgets and forecasts as required by local and regional management team.
• Managed and process all required general ledger accounting entries in the accounting system on daily basis and also verifying the expense invoices. Ensure that the petty cash vouchers received from the Office Supervisor are duly authorized and contain appropriate supporting documents. Record the petty cash vouchers in the accounting system and ensure that the petty cash account is balanced.
• Highlight to the Finance Manager potential improvement opportunities for improvement in either the accounting system or the accounting procedures. Prepared a report on output VAT paid in the expense invoice in a report format for Head Office management.
• Reconciled the cash sale with the bank deposit slips on the daily basis and make a report at the month end. Collect Regional Cash Deposit data from all the branches, make a report for the head office on daily basis.

HIGHLIGHTS / ACHIEVEMENTS
• Successfully recovered the long outstanding receivable balance with the bank aggregating to 01 Million (SAR) through close coordination, promptly resolving the discrepancies and regular follow-ups.
• Introduced a new sale reporting format for all 27 super markets for reporting purpose to management of head office and developed different controls in it to find out any information easily by anyone.
• Through proper coordination with the management and bank successfully completed the implementation of the EFT system in the super markets, to minimize the cashier’s mistakes and stop cash theft.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual management reports such as balance sheet, income and expense statement, statement of cash flows, accounts receivable aging and other reports required by the management. Ensured the sale update from all the branches has no mistake, correct sale updated in the right category. Resolved the issues in the sale update with proper follow up with the IT Department and branches cashiers.
• Reconciled the sale and bank reimbursement daily basis, make claim working for not reimbursed sale amount by the bank. Performed proper follow up with the bank until claim settlement and fulfilling the bank requirements.
• Solved the problems in Bank POS (Point of Sale), CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) and ATMs on time to the bank with proper communication and follow ups so that branches operations didn’t get affected.
• Maintained proper follow-ups with all external parties for example (Banks, Branches, STC, POS machine vendors/providers such as Al Hamrani, Geidea, Hypercom, Ingenico, INET, Sky band) etc. to ensure smooth running of operations at all levels. Performed the monthly closing on timely basis. Ensured the accuracy of all GL balances after monthly closings.

• Implemented attendance machine for all the employees, which saves the company from paying extra overtime to the employees by 250 hours per month and almost saved PKR 25000 / month than other months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of daily journal and update it in the software at the day end. Successfully updated receivable parties’ ledger on regular basis and reconciliation of parties’ ledger on month end closing. Invoicing to receivable parties on time and following the party for payment on time.
• Collection / Payments of cheques from receivable parties / to payable parties, monitoring the PDC (Inward / Outward respectively on regular basis). Preparation of monthly staff payroll and manage individual employee ledger.
• Monitoring the Company Bank Account and all the transactions for example (cash deposit, and Cheque deposits, payment transfer, Cheque Books etc.) Posting of cash pay vouchers and ensuring the proper control procedure applied before payment. Reconciled bank statement with the cash book and verify the bank closing balance.
