• Financial Statement - Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules on monthly and annually basis for books closing and Audit purpose.
• Accounts Receivable and Payable - Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations. - Prepayments, PDCs, Expenses payable, Expenses analysis, Current Account Reconciliation etc.
• Analysis & Reporting - Analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances for MIS and Budgets
• Treasury & Banking - Fund management, facilities monitoring, LGs, LCs, Forex dealing, liaising with Bank, Bank Reconciliations.
• CAPEX / OPEX / Asset Management - verifying additions, ensuring accounting of additions, depreciations.
• Audit Liaison - Support and assist Finance team for preparation of External / Internal / Annual / Interim Audits.
• Lease Accounting and Lease Documentations - A to Z of Leasing; right from lease review, all accounting aspects of leasing - PDCs, Prepayments, Expenses - Lease MIS till safe custody of Original lease agreements.
• Preparation of Supplier payments, follow up for statements, balance confirmation.
• Accounts receivable - Collection and recording of receivables, follow up with customers.
• Preparation of Cheques, TTS, LG, LCs
• Preparation of Books of Accounts, B/L, P&L
• Cash Management, Cash Flow preparation, Liaising with banks
• Maintaining of Fixed Asset schedule on monthly basis
• Preparation of books and Schedules for Final Audit,
• Salary and other compensation preparation for employees
• Preparation of LPO, POs
• Liaising with External Auditors
After completing Bachelors Degree, I did my Master's Degree from University of Calicut during 2002 - 2004, as distance education.
I have completed my bachelors degree from University of Calicut - kerala - India, during 1998 to 2001, with 53 %. I was specialised in Finance.
