Project Control Manager :
• Provided program controls management, including baseline schedule development and change control, performance status and reporting, risk management, earned value management.

• Plan and administer Out Site Plant (OSP) projects for fiber optics across various locations in the region; lead and guide project engineers and technicians, and ensure quality.
• Liaise and communicate with appropriate authorities to obtain ROW (Right of Way) permits for establishing the fiber optic network.
• Responsible for developing the network design configuration, oversee all engineering activities, manage project schedules to facilitate in-time handover.
