As part of engineering team, I’m responsible to participate in: plan and Build Enterprise Mission,
Business Critical and Office Productivity Applications, by contacting all the concerned parties to cover
all aspects of the solution design including SBD, Data Center environment and hosting, core computer
servers & storage hardware, system performance & protection, Disaster Recovery & Business
continuity, maximize system efficiency and minimize down-times over many data centers that include
physical, virtual and hyper-converged hosts, with many operating systems such as Windows servers
and RHEL along with clustering solutions.
General devices(Laptop’s, PC’s, Printer’s) maintenance, Prepare new laptops and devices, IT Stock
management, Documentation, Testing, Active Directory skills, Avaya BPX basic skills, Office 365
management and configuration, Cyberoam management, Sophos antivirus management and
configuration, SAN Storage basic skills, IBM Blade Servers maintenance, Network configuration,
support and maintenance, part of digitalization project, RightFax (Fax solution) installation,
configuration and maintenance, Iphone and Samsung mobiles preparation, new employees
Fingerprint and Access Cared configuration, Server room routine check and maintenance, UPS routine
check, Generator routine check, Fire system routine check, CCTV routine check.
