Care of accounts allocated and broker relation. Policy renewals, policy administration, new submissions handling, customer support and claims processing.
Provide support to auto business, receive feedback, update and develop procedures, coordination and corespondent with concerned departments. In addition to addressing customers inquiry and complains.
Assure Quality service to calling clients, by live and recorded monitoring to all inbound
calls, direct coaching to all call center agents, circulating new producers and help managing the
floor with the supervisors. Help escalating complicated cases to concerned departments. Reporting to direct manager with call center evaluation and service level.
