• Fully accountable and responsible for the scope and schedule of the project.
• Responsible for all communicating, managing, monitoring and reporting of delivery plans and activities.
• The focal point for all issues within my area of responsibility towards the customer as well as towards other stakeholders and domains.
• Responsible for liaison with the PMO for all risk, opportunities and issues and ensuring mitigation plans and actions are communicated and implemented.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review.
• Initiating a plan and developing a realistic schedule for the project.
• Identification of the most critical risks to the project cost
• Manages project controls personnel. Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk.
• Provides guidance and consultation for project managers.
• To manage the project control resources required to deliver the project
• To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide project controls management, including baseline schedule development and project performance status reporting, baseline change control and risk management.
• Ensuring the Project controls team produces weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast, and explanation of variances.
Responsibilities:
• Collect data, input updates, and produce basic cost/scheduling management reports.
• Review the contractor’s project procedure and ensure that those are aligned with the company’s applicable procedure.
• Reviewing Contractor’s level-3 schedule.
• Participating in schedule review meetings
• Involved in preparing the high-level management schedule.
• Analysing critical path of contractor’s schedule and discussing the mitigation strategies
• Analysing Contractor’s performance using P6and recommend corrective actions if required.
• Participating in cost estimation exercise to evaluate contractor’s variation.
• Processing Contractor’s invoices by coordinating with different departments
• Participating in the procurement status/progress meeting and validating Contractors’ material status reports.
• Reviewing contractor’s progress report and highlighting the concern and risks to management.
• Participating in engineering & construction progress review meetings.
• Prepare Weekly Report
• Validating contractor’s claim for extension of time and preparing a case for EOT for management review.
• Prepare presentations for project reviews.
